Central Railway Station
Kyiv's central railway station consists from two parts or terminals: Central terminal (Центральний вокзал) and South terminal (Південний вокзал).
Direct day and overnight trains are available from all major cities and towns in Ukraine. Suburban trains may also depart from a small station Pivnichna (Пiвнiчна) located under the square adjoining the main station. Kyiv Railway station also connects to some European cities, as: Belgrade, Berlin, Bucharest, Budapest, Chişinău, Minsk, Moscow, Prague, Saint Petersburg, Sofia, Warsaw.
Public transport stops on both sides of the railway. Buses and trolleybuses to the city centre depart from the main building, buses to the Boryspil and Zhulyany airports operate from the southern station.
Vokzalna (117) connects to Central terminal. Pivnichna platform is a stop of city train.
Close to Central terminal located the intercity bus station and rapid tram station.
