He is the author of fantasy novels, short stories and poems, literary translator. According to Vladyslav Rusanov, the first experience of translating literature he acquired a long time ago, but cooperation with publishers has started since 2008. He was translator from English "Outlaw" by Angus Donald, “The Infernal City” and "Lord of Souls" by Greg Keyes, "Wit’ch Gate" and "Wit’ch Star" by James Clemens, “Sword of Templar” by Christopher Paul and many short stories, including such authors as Arthur C. Doyle, George R.R. Martin, Neil Gaiman, Robert Silverberg, Marion Z. Bradley. He is published translations of poems by Edgar A. Poe.
